Unbelievably Rude. I typically do not leave bad reviews, but I truly feel like the owners of this mall need to reevaluate the weekend employee who is representing their business. I made a visit 2/11 and was really impressed with the wonderful variety and displays of this antique store. I asked to take a look at some jewelry in a locked case. After about 18 seconds into looking at a piece, the employee let me know that she "doesn't have all day to stand around here with me." Ummmm, what!?......Who speaks to a customer this way? As a business owner myself, customer service is THE most important thing, and so is having actual manners. I didn't catch the middle aged, short grey-haired woman's name, but perhaps this description and encounter with this less-than delightful individual can help to provide some insight into who is representing your otherwise great antique mall.
