I have never met Alfonso personally. But when he took over the business from its previous owner, I was concerned that I would not get the same quality service. I had been with Jeffrey for many years and I'm someone who does NOT like change. But Alfonso brought the same quality of business with a personal touch that said he cared about providing you with the best possible service. He is available, diligent, responsive and responsible, and he works to get you the best deal. He cares about your personal concerns. What more could you ask for in an insurance agent?

I have opened a life insurance policy before with American Life and honestly it felt very forced. The process took a lot longer than it should have and was very impersonal. I immediately regretted my decision and cancelled that policy. And when I stepped into Alfonso’s office to look into a new life insurance policy I felt completely different. I was helped by Amparo who was very warm and sincere. She gave me all the details about what to expect and was super patient with me. The whole process was smooth and now I have peace of mind that I’m being covered by an agency that truly cares about their clients. I’ve had my policy for many months now, possibly over a year, and have never regretted my decision. Alfonso and Amparo are the best!!

Alfonso is very responsive and always willing to assist you with anything. When it came to my car getting totaled, Alfonso was ready to help me with the whole procedure and made the process much more smoother and less stressful for myself. In addition, when it came to changes to my plan, Alfonso was ready to inform me about my options and where my money would be going in order to make the best decision for myself.
