I am reviewing the company as well as the agent since she works for Bristol - I just got this insurance.It’s been a little tricky getting in contact with my actual adjuster. I don’t think I could Fairly rate this company until the entire Insurance claim and process has been handled. When my partner first purchased this policy, customer service seemed amazing, I just can’t get in contact with my adjuster. We are all adults, so we all have very busy schedules. It is her job to keep in contact with me yet that is not happening. I’ve only talked to anel twice She seems like a good agent. she listened to my concerns. She did schedule a callback for Monday, but I have yet to hear anything back. This company seems to have a bit of trouble calling/ Keeping in contact.

Very easy and simple no headache problem. I wad is in a situation where I needed insurance quickly. I received a great policy and price and it was always nice to deal with another veteran in the process. Thanks for all your help.
