Blake is by far the best insurance agent that I have ever had! He treats me like a friend, not just a customer. He is attentive and follows through with everything he says he will do. I will be a customer for life.

When I first went there Blake was fantastic. But lately it's like he could care less about having me as a client. His communication skills are terrible. For four months he's promised to fix a problem with my account, but every month I still get overcharged. He has told me over and over he will call me or send and email. I have to beg him to call me and he still doesn't. I am sooooo disappointed in his communication with me. He never does what he says. He told me this week he would call me about my refund. Well, it's Saturday now and guess what, no call, it doesn't surprise me. I am looking for another agent who will actually not lie to me but fulfill their obligation and provide me with excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this office. I want someone who will follow through, show that they want my business. He either has too much going on, or just doesn't care anymore. It's really sad.

My husband and I paid faithfully to this FRAUDULENT company for years. We finally buy a home and keep them as our insurance, bundling homeowner's insurance with our existing car insurance. The new annual payment comes in September 2022 and is well over $1,400 more than the previous year and it was all taken from the escrow in our home. When we contacted this agent we were given bullcrap excuses. The first that our house's roof was 100 years old, so they upped the rate. Second, because of the ONE and ONLY claim we ever made a year and a half ago, for theft. This has caused our monthly mortgage to rise hundreds of dollars. We were ultimately told by this same agent that an amount of this money would be returned to us and this hasn't happened. When we threatened to change insurances, this agent encouraged the swap, basically saying Farmer's insurance would be leaving Washington state anyways. "Washington loves to file claims" the agent said. That's why insurance companies are leaving. But not without your money first.. (The last sentence are my words) so, we have been pawned off to another insurance company (Foremost) who has just taken over $1,300 more dollars out of my escrow, money that ISN'T THERE because of their last withdrawal!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FARMERS INSURANCE! ALL they do for you is TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
