Buying insurance can be so stressful and tedious, but Brian and his staff are so kind and friendly and do everything they can to help you understand insurance and what it is that you are buying, before you buy. They are about making sure you get the best value for your buck. Best insurance experience I have ever had.

I was a Farmers' customer for years before I met Brian, and now because of Brian King and his Farmer's agency I am more committed. Brian and his staff define excellent customer service. We have a large variety of policies with Brian King/Farmers and are very pleased and satisfied with every aspect of his business.....Brian and his staff are very nice folks as well.......my strongest recommendation for these people and their business.Brian King and his staff are the best insurance folks I have ever worked with. I have been with Farmers for years but only Brian for a couple of years. His professionalism and follow up are the best I have experienced. We are attending our second review next week. I never was invited to a review prior to Brian.

Awesome communication. Have stuck with this agency the past three years and plan to continue. Brian and his associates are efficient while letting customers be human! I don’t feel like I need to be an expert insurance-user to get quality service here. Customer service like that feels hard to come by these days. Great job, Farmer’s Insurance/Brian King!
