Got a rock chip in my windshield. Called Joe and Farmers to find out how to get it repaired. Was told that since it was directly in front of me at eye level that they would replace windshield rather than repair. While on phone with Farmers they called dealer where I just bought the Grand Cherokee and had the OEM replacement arranged for the next morning. Very fast and professional, and only cost me $100 for the glass deducible.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great rates and a pleasure to get my insurance from for my rental house, and cars. Highly recommend, the staff is easy to talk with and answered all of my endless questions about policy changes.
