I might be biased (because my husband Rick and I have worked with Sally Kidwell for years, as she worked for this business under its former ownership and then recently became the agency’s owner) but we find Sally to be very personable and helpful. She always returns our calls. She has even offered to help explain what might be happening on another insurance matter not related to our coverage through Farmers. They treat you like family there. Sally is the best. I can't say enough about her. Always there for our family and finds us the plan that works for us. My husband was from Spokane and so we still used his agent till he retired he also treated people like family. We met Sally doing a payment. Decided that is who we wanted to work with after the other agent retired. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a more personal family like experience.
