I am absolutely so sad to be leaving this type of review but it solely based on my experience for the last few months and not what I experienced during my first appointment. I ordered my dress in August of last year and was told that it would arrive in January but it ended up not arriving until mid March. To keep this review short, it came in with a hole in it. A HOLE! They told me that it was from the manufacturer but someone steamed my dress that morning and now I’m questioning everything. We ended up ordering a size up and it came out beautiful but the issue is that I was taken through a loop and it took an additional two weeks and having to get alterations. In my opinion, they are also to blame for recommending a seamstress who absolutely ruined my dress. The only good thing is they covered majority of the terrible alterations (I ended up having to go to a different seamstress, let’s hope she pulls through and fixes my $1500 dress). It all just so absolutely unfortunate. THEN we go in for my sister-in-law who is needing to move up her wedding due to my father being sick and rather than being helpful…the person helping us out just wasted our time. She continuously recommended dresses outside of my sister-in-laws comfort zone and it was just an awful experience.

Best place to find formal wear! I bought my wedding dress here and it was perfect! Service is amazing, most friendly staff. Good prices as well.

Luz is amazing! My sister went to try on wedding dresses and the whole experience was fun and comfortable. The process was organized and the dress selections were stunning!
