shame on them i returned some clothes using their online store and i shipped it back to them so they can provide my credit car refund. and it has passed so many days and i have not received a reversal charge on my account. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DEVILISH MONSTERS!!! I hope their online store gets crippled by the likes of Amazon at least they have the guts to pay for it when their sellers are ill minded and they take responsibility to take care of their valued customers.

Absolute horrible customer service and staff in this store! I was returning 2 (!) small pieces of clothes in time but apparently their system was down so return couldn’t be processed which means I made the trip for nothing (no apologies from store staff). Today I returned bc the sales person told me to come back until 1-4-22 which is today. They then told me I’m ONE DAY late and that I’m not able to return. Mind you, they only give store credit anyways so it’s not like you’re getting your money back. The 2 items were literally around $20 and I’d have just picked out something else instead. Monique, who helped me first, even came off as aggressive while asking me over and over again what I was saying😂. She stated “it’s not our bad that the system was down.” Wait what? No idea what that attitude was about, but additional customer service training is definitely needed. At first she said she was the Manager? Only to later ask the actual Manager of the day I guess, Cindy. Same lame customer skills from her part, no apology issued that I actually came out twice now etc etc. I don’t know what happened to this store, but it’s horrific. Where went all the good ppl that used to work there & actually made the shopping experience fun?! These 2 sales people aren’t part of that and the company should offer some additional customer skills training for them. Do not go here, especially if you might have a return. I’ve never experienced a worse shopping experience than right here today and last time. Get trained and don’t work there if you don’t enjoy your job smh. Because of you, Fashion Nova has lost a super regular customer.
