Due to covid you can't try on anything and the mirrors are covered up with paper signs saying can not try on clothes they could of put the signs somewhere else so I could at least see myself in the mirror!! Couldn't try on glasses I felt like you couldn't touch anything All the girls working there acted like zombies and the owner was super rude I tried to ask her a question she looked at me then turned around and continued working!! I know covid is around and that is their place of business but I felt super unwelcome there!! And there was a no return policy only exchange but they have always had policy!! I have always shopped at fashion q forever but as me and my friend walked out we both looked at each other and said I don't think we'll be shopping here ever again!!
So stupid. Can't try any of their clothes on. Then I tried to buy some makeup with my card, then it got declined because I had my card locked. I unlocked my card then suddenly the cashier said she can't accept it, that they can't accept two swipes from a card because something about the credit-card company calling them Such a waste of time, don't bother coming here. There's a same store in the west covina mall that does allow you to try on their clothes, just a 5 min drive. Go there instead.
