Austin completed the project neat and clean, test and confirmed it working. Also explain the warranty and provide the customer service contact information for the future needs.

Fast Water Heater Company lived up to their name. Not only did the show up on time but they sent an email with the name and photo of the technician that was coming to our home. The tech, Caleb when he was on the way to let me know an approximate time of arrival. He was here, on time! He was professional, courteous and thorough! He and the other tech with him answered any question I had.
They removed the faulty tank and replaced it with a new Rheem and did a great job! We are very pleased with the work that was done and thankful for the fast service!
