I have picked up 2 pieces of equipment about 12 months apart from Fastway Shipping. Both times the Fastway Shippng employees from the people answering the phone to the people loading my equipment in my trailer have been terrific. They keep you informed Which makes it a quick & easy experience to pick up your delivery
According to the tracking number I was provided by shipper it took three days for my freight to cross the country by a different Carrier . It was then passed off to “ Fast Way” where it sat on their docs less than an hour and a half from me for 8 days. After three days watching the tracking not move I spoke with a company representative that said it would be delivered the next day. It was not. Over the next five days I left four messages and MANY calls that just resulted in a busy single. They would not return my calls. Once I finally got delivery in late morning of the eighth full 24 hour day of the freight being in their possession the driver was very cordial and very professional. He just delivers what he is told when he is told. I know this. I was a professional truck driver for 37 years, ten of which I was an owner/operator. I have never seen such unresponsive management and lack of care of timely delivery. I would never use this company “Fast Way” if I had a choice.
