Nathan was very helpful in looking for parts, but their website seems to be sometimes incorrect when showing in-store availability for specialty parts. That said, the part in question was ordered and delivered to the store within 48 hours, with no hassle

Garbage quality tools and service. Tried to exchange a Fastenal branded tool after it failed and they refused... why would we as a company want to buy tools from a place that won’t even warranty their own brand?? Far too many options in the market than to deal with Fastenal ever again. Acklands, Weber or even Princess Auto is better as they’ll stand behind their products. As a business owner myself I’d be ashamed if that was our level of customer service or product quality.
