My shower handle stopped turning & the water wouldn’t shut off. My husband was able to disassemble the handle to expose the plumbing gadgets in the walk but didn’t know what to do next. We called Joyce who immediately deduced what the problem was & drove straight to the plumbing store to get there before it closed instead of coming to our house first. She confirmed what part to buy from a picture my husband texted her. She arrived at our home a few minutes later & replaced the part. Fixed! In under 90 minutes from when we first called her!

I had a great experience with Joyce and Father Daughter Plumbing. She helped me with a new sink garbage disposal and helped me with a leaky pipe. Professional and easy to work with. I’m sure I’ll be calling her soon for my water heater.

Had a water heater die. Joyce came out within 30 minutes to diagnose and gave us an estimate. Came back between jobs to drain water heater and then back again to disassemble the old water heater. Got parts and new water heater quickly and brought everything up to code. Awesome service!!!! Thank you for the fast return to hot water and the thorough job.
