Will never return to this dry cleaners again. One of my suits was totally ruined I had to take it back to the store I bought it and get a replacement suit. The other suit that I took in the pants were still dirty.
When I took my clothes back in to get re-cleaned I stood behind a man that had similar problems. They ruined his comforter and made him throw it away himself. He had some button-up shirt that were still dirty as well.
I had to drive to the all Ogden location to talk to a manager and show him my suit. I showed him my ruined suit, he said it was a problem with the suit not the way that it was cleaned. I asked him if it was possible that 1 of his employees did it wrong. He replied no there is no way that my employees could have cleaned your suit the wrong way to destroy it. I also had another suit that still had stains on it that tells me that is possible that some are his workers are not properly trained to handle delicate material. My suit was $600, enough said.
