we had some support come loose that held our solid ducting up against the underside of the floor. Brenden Wixom came out on time and got to work right away and jacked up the solid ducting and repaired and reinforced the loose support. He even made sure the door to under the house was supported properly and not squishing my rose bush when he discovered it had broken. FRA has always been really good to us. I love the fact that they routinely call to remind us a service is due, because I would never remember to get it done!
