The guy’s in the shooting range are top notch! Great guys! The gun shop however, avoid at all costs! Ever since Moe left, the service has completely disappeared! There’s one guy, an overweight mustachio wannabe cop ALWAYS belittls the customers. The way he talks to people is Unbelievable. If you want to trade a gun, he’ll lowball you like a third rate pawn shop! I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here and sent so many customers their way from my workplace (because there’s no gun shops in Seattle) NEVER AGAIN! I had a group of employees that wanted to get their first gun with their tax returns this summer, but not now. There’s other gun shops out there that will gladly take our money and treat the customers with dignity and respect, Unlike the failed, wanna be cop at Federal Way discount guns. Again, the guy’s at the gun range are superior, just avoid walking straight into the gun shop. Buy your firearm somewhere else! You’ll thank me! 👍🏻
Their reply: Hi Greg, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Not sure why you’re insulting an employee of ours like that through the internet. So maybe we can better explain ourselves here since you had nothing to say in person and instead went online to insult him. The item you wanted to sell us was missing 2 Of the 3 factory mags. The mag you did provide could no longer be resold with the gun due to new laws. The model is a hard sell as well hence why we will not sell them unless ordered. If you’ve been shopping here as long as you say you have then surely you understand that customer service is our priority, which I assume is why you have returned. If you are unhappy with what you were offered for your item, that’s one thing, but to say customer service has declined since the previous owner is a straight up lie, and all you are doing by posting something like this is hurting the livelihoods of the people who work for this company.I would love to work this out with you in person. Please feel free to reach out so we can set something up.
Reply: Customer service has never been YOUR priority, do you actually think this is the first time I’ve seen you deal with customers? If you have a valid reason for lowballing me on a firearm that’s fine, I get it, it’s business. But not once did you look me in the eye, or explain why you couldn’t give me more than I expected. You act as though I was wasting your time, and you should’ve given me the reason that you gave in your reply right then and there. The livelihoods of your other employees has nothing to do with your abysmal customer service. My coworkers had a better experience at another gun store a few day later. Your petulant behavior towards customers is disgusting. Look ‘em in the eye, smile, act like you Appreciate their business, all of this is foreign to you. John Wayne could’ve come in to try to buy a gun from you and you would find a way to belittle him! As much money and customers I’ve sent your way over the years (Since 1996 when the gun shop is now a billiard room, Never again) the least you could do was look me in the eye. I would never expect something extra, but a little Mutual respect or common courtesy from a retail gun shop Isn’t asking a lot.
