Dr. Cheng is AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our medical questions very quickly. He is also very friendly and jokes around with the kids which made them feel more comfortable being new patients. The medical assistant/nurse was also AMAZING although I didn’t catch her name. She was friendly, patient and gentle with the kids which is a HUGE plus! The kids were happy to know that Dr Cheng will be their new primary doctor. The lady in the front office however, was rude and annoyed with us for a couple of reasons. She was annoyed when I told her we were new patients because I guess this caused more work for her. She was also annoyed when I asked her to speak up because I couldn’t hear her through the tempered glass. She also advised us that we were “too early” because we arrived 15 minutes early for our 2:30 appointment. Apparently you aren’t allowed to arrive 15 minutes early Because she made me step aside while she checked in other patients.

I really like dr. Cheng. But most of times I wait to see my Doctor around 10-40mins. Today I’m 6 mins late and they said have to reschedule and cancel my appointment which makes me and my kids really uncomfortable. If you make appointments here and the traffic might delay your times more than 5mins, I will recommend just call and reschedule.

I absolutely love this place. My son is being sleep trained and I needed him home to take his nap by a certain time and they got us in and out so fast but all the while still giving the best care possible. They're all so kind and treat my son so well. I never write reviews but today I just felt like sharing. If you're looking, this is where u want to take your kids. You won't regret it!
