Unable to tell the difference between a house and apartment. Left message in mailbox of a house saying they need apartment # to deliver. They should give a simple test before hiring drivers to determine problem solving skills. TBF this is an isolated incident. No one answers the phone at the number provided.

Fedex is the worst shipping company in America. Frequently damages my packages, frequently loses track of my packages, my shipments are rarely here by the delivery estimate. Recently, they lost a Bluetti generator...huge box, over 60 lbs. They couldn't figure out where it was. Really???

Have several packages stuck in a cycle of "Out for delivery" for the past two weeks and at this point don't expect to get any of them. I wish companies would use a different shipping carrier. FedEx is a joke.
Update: did a count. 13. So far I have 13 packages stuck at Pasco FedEx. Every day it says they're out for delivery until about 4:00, then it'll switch to "arriving tomorrow".
