Been waiting MONTHS for an item to arrive. Finally it shipped via Fedex, and these guys are giving me the run around. For a package worth over $1k, they said they keep trying to drop it off but never show up! I finally called the main dispatch to figure out whats up and she said they are trying to drop it off but I'm never home!? I've been home the last 5 days just for this!!! Never using Fedex again, such a joke. They dont even leave a slip saying they're trying to stop by - complete lies..

I’d give no stars if I could. Packages NEVER come on time, and for over a week tracking update online reads “on vehicle for delivery.” Calling customer service doesn’t help either. Big thumbs down

I am not a negative review person. Usually people are doin the best they can. Especially over here on the Eastside. But I’m just so annoyed and I will be sure NOTHING a ever ships fedex again because this has been a common problem in Mammoth. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a package on time from FedEx. The weather has been fine. The roads are clear. I see fedex trucks all over town and my package is still absurdly late. I even order this item with the understanding that it will likely be late and planned around it. I’m so frustrated. Corporate hasn’t been helpful at all. I can’t get ahold of people in Bishop to just come pick it up. It’s a nightmare. I mean….getting mail Mammoth is just awful but it looks like I’m going to stick with UPS because this is just outrageous. Fedex, pay your drivers more so you’re not so under staffed.
