Weird location, but I was returning a rug and my box was 6.5' tall so I didn't want to take it to my usual FedEx drop offs. Directions were spot on, but once you get there it's a little dicey. I walked up to the gate and pressed the button. Nobody answered. An employee walked out, pressed his badge against the gate and allowed me in. Two doors to chose from, I chose the one that didn't say "restricted access." When I walked into the door, I entered a back office. Nobody was there. This was awkward. After a few minutes, someone entered the room. Apparently I wasn't supposed to be there, but I explained how I got in. No problem. She took package and walked away w/ it. Still not sure how this place works but it was convenient.

Not my first adverse experience from FedEx.
My recent pending issue continues. It's fine the company doesn't update the online information very good. But when I have phoned three separate times to have my package delivered while I can be at my address they just don't communicate between the call center to the Windsor, California location, to the online information, and to the delivery person.
First was a delay without posting it. Next couple times was not following the communicated delivery time I can be home to sign for the package.
When will the communication ever be normal? I am so dissatisfied after talking with three people on the phone. Now they rescheduled it again to be delivered while I am working and not when I requested! I requested for my package to be delivered between 7 pm to 8 pm. But for their lack of following simple requests that I clearly communicated and was repeated back to me by three FedEx phone people they continue getting it wrong!

The worst experience in mailing anything…. My package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago not their is no eta on my package. I had to call the 800 number. Worst customer service i had in a long time. Iall i wanted was to pick it up my self since they have proven them selves incompetent at doing the one job they have. Took me to talk to four different people enable to make it so i could pick up my package. The final person had no problem doing what i asked. I asked are they a manager or some one special that only they had to power to do this. The lady said no and she didn’t understand why i wasn’t offered the service right away…. Use anyone else except fed-ex. Usps is way better ups is more costly but way better. Bike service at this point is way better. I will never use this company again!!
