Between Troutdale and Omak hubs, you can expect at least 2 if not 3 days of delay in getting your packages. If you want it on time, ship UPS! Fedex is horrible. I can check my tracking in the morning and it'll say delivery today "on truck for delivery" and an hour later it's 'delayed' and not being delivered today. HORRIBLE service, even US Postal Service has a better delivery record.

Although I’ve been mostly successful with using FedEx recently, my last two packages were delivered to my neighbors address. This could mean my husband doesn’t receive the parts he needs for his business. And even worse, my neighbor is a 91-year-old woman who feels like she needs to bring the packages to us. She does not need to be carrying these packages! Trying to reach anyone to discuss the issue has been very difficult.

The FedEx driver for Brewster continues to deliver medications package that must be signed for to the trailer park that has a different address and leaves them on a ladies front porch. I have chased him down and I asked why he’s leaving a package without being signed for he told me they lady signed for the packages and he drove back over and took them off her porch Such lies. I asked to speak to his manager because this is 2 months of this and he said he’s the manager and I can’t do a thing about it. FedEx customer service sucks
