FedEx really goes out of their way to make it inconvenient for the recipients. It's sad and pathetic of a company to do that.

The delivery tracking history said it attempted to delivery 3 times and no one was home which is totally false. My wife was home all day, no doorbell or anything, just a tag at the entrance. Why bother to drive all the way and put a sticky note? Now I got to either return the package to the sender or borrow a van to pick up the wayfair furniture shipment. Fedex, you guys need to improve your operations because UPS and Amazon is at another level compared to you.

Driver is lying and falsely marking delivery as “attempted to deliver, but no one was home”, while I did not get any text or calls and no one rang/knocked my door. All their customer service and notification/tracking system is waste of time. Never ordering anything with fedex again!
