This place is alright, used it twice. We used it to print photos but one time it took thirty minutes to figure out why one of the machines, for whatever reason, wasn't accepting usb or micro sd for printing. The other time it worked well and the staff was fine on both occasions.

Horrible customer service from Adri. I came in to ship 2 packages, which I regularly do for my company. I previously went into another location with white boxes and was told by the associate that I needed to be shipping in brown boxes, so I went ahead and purchased the brown boxes he recommended for all my future shipments. Today, I went into this location and was told by Adri that I could not ship in these boxes and needed to purchase (the exact same) boxes to ship them in. I was very confused and asked for more of an explanation and was faced with a snarky attitude and sarcasm. I left with my problem unresolved and was able to ship through another shipping location with no issues.
