After bringing two packages into the store to ship, I was told that the packages would not ship as is, and needed to be repackaged. I was in a hurry and the packages needed to ship out that day so I left the packages with the employees to repack , and called in later to pay for the new packaging over the phone. The repacked packages were not properly labeled by the employees and were sent to the return address. Additionally I was charged for shipping on a 50lbs and a 20lbs package. When I took the same boxes back and had them reshipped the packages were weighed in the store at 30lbs and 10lbs. I have talked to the manager and been told that he is unable to give me any form of refund and that I must contact the main FedEx support number. I have yet to be compensated for either the shipping or the repackaging. More distressing is that the employees seem to have intentionally increased the weight of my packages when I wasn't there in the store to observe. Highly irritating. Should I ever receive compensation, I will be back to edit this review.
Three years later I still have not received compensation.
