They gave my package to another person with the same name. I have no idea what the person who picked it up did with it and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my package that has probably been opened and used by a random person. I’ve never even wrote a google review but this is absolutely ridiculous and cannot believe a company like this could be so careless. After a while of waiting, the worker tried to make it seem like I already picked it up as if I wouldn’t remember picking it up myself??? They told me they would check the cameras but what is that gonna do? The records they showed me clearly show a different person picking it up since our last names are different. A colossal waste of my time, money, and energy. I would advise everyone to only send things to the Amazon Hub Locker, much better customer service and a million times faster than this place. The package was not cheap and something I needed urgently. Never been more disappointed with a service.

I would first like to start off and say I truly hope Benetta (apologies for the misspell) receives the recognition she deserves, our interaction might have been only a few minutes short she still ensured the matter would be resolved before departing from the premises. She was faced with an actual customer scenario and handled it with compassion and diligence, not many employees know how to handle such situations. Which brings me to my complaint portion, the gentleman with the glasses that was assisting another person DID NOT handle the situation in a professional manner he saw the item and immediately stated oh this might not be possible to ship, we might not have a box that size to ship etc. etc. yes he was assisting another customer but to ultimately say we might not be able to ship it for you is poor customer service. lAs someone who has worked in retail for over a decade NO consumer wants to be turned away when needing help, maybe a refresher course in customer situations is needed because his entire energy was just bad.

The employees show no enthusiasm and make the customer feel like a burden. I went with a large package and wanted it bubble wrapped for transportation and the female employee today was unprofessional and rude. She had no motive to work and seemed to be dissatisfied with her job which reflected in her mocking tone. She made my requests seem like an impossible task. Then when I asked if I could pick it up at a later time, the employee said that we cannot store your package this is not what FedEx is. It seems they don’t even know what their job is.
