Very bad experince asian lady name starts from S. Doesnt even know how to talk to customers. We were keep filling forms again and again. She was pretending to be super bossy to everyone. I think places like this should have educated people.
She was typing the i formation then again going back doing some personal stuff. Since there were another workers as well.
I dont know about anothers but people there on that time were preety upset.

BEWARE: this location has a history of rejecting reasonable boxes as “unshippable” and making you pay for their boxes and packaging fee. Please look at several other reviews, and take your boxes elsewhere like I did! ( I was quoted $80 for box replacement, completely unnecessary)
As someone else mentioned in their review, I also had the displeasure of being helped by an employee named AL. If you have a question or need help, make sure you don’t go to Al to save your pleasant day. He was exceptionally rude with every question and unnecessarily condescending. He has evidently chosen to be an extremely unpleasant person.
I’m glad to see other reviewers agree with me and have also reported about AL. FedEx should (atleast) put him through training on how to speak not just with customers, but with humans.
