I needed to return two very large orders of area rugs I recently purchased back to the online vendors via FedEx. I'd say each order had about 8 rugs of various sizes, with the largest sizes being 6 by 9 feet, including the rug pads. Ikr! Talk about a task!! Thankfully, I didn't open each rug so I only had to repackage a few. I want to publicly thank Josh for the excellent customer service he provided me. Getting the rugs into my car by myself was a feat in and of itself. And I had to do that twice. I'm aware that FedEx offers pick-up service, but after printing all the return labels, I was having extreme difficulty identifying which label belonged on which item. The labels could have a little picture to help identify which rug needs to go on. Just lots of very little numbers that make no sense whatsoever!! Into the FedEx store I go. Luckily for me, Josh, FedEx associate, asked, "how can I help you today. " Long story long, he help me bring in the rugs, and quickly and efficiently helped me get my numerous labels attached and ready for shipping!! Yes, he's there to assist, I however, would like you to really understand that his assistance help relieve a tremendous amount of stress for me! I am so grateful to Josh! The ending of my review is that I thanked him and left, only to return a short while later with the 2nd order of rugs, to which I was lucky enough to again have Josh from the FedEx store, located at the east Riverside location off of Canyon Springs Parkway and Day Street, who helped me complete my return order!!! I left FedEx feeling extremely relieved to finally get the rugs on their way and off my really long to-do list!! Thank you again Josh! Your kindness and customer service and professionalism absolutely Made My Day!!
