I've always been treated very well here, and gotten fast, good service. Their fees are reasonable, too. Access to this shop is among the best in Bellingham, both coming and going (that is, it's easy to get to, and easy to exit towards anyplace else in town once you're done). I've never had a problem with parking here, either.
Note: I don't do a lot of copying/printing. I print manuals for new equipment and get them bound every few months, and occasionally need to send something via FedEx (maybe twice a year). For those tasks and that frequency of need, this little shop is perfect for me.

Finn, the assistant manager was exceptionally helpful and took the time to troubleshoot an issue I was having at the self-serve copiers. 5 stars for Finn!
Taylor, on the other hand, gave me a blank stare when I asked a question and said: I don't know. Then stated if I wanted them to print it out behind the counter, the wait time was three days. Then turned and walked away leaving me standing there in surprise. Some customer service training is in order here.
