Polite ladies helped me to print my documents. They literally saved me. Very comfortable service. You send them documents and come an print it after getting authorisation. Everything is confidential

I was very disappointed with my interaction in the print center today at 1045am Thursday May 4th. I waited patiently to be helped while I emailed my print job to the email address. Them being busy was not my concern. I get it! I had 3 images I wanted on card stock, before I could explain what I wanted and see what it looked like she told me it was "$7.50 every time we have to resize an image". So Im immediately irritated that the first comment is im going to upcharge you. Every other time they listen to my needs show me what that looks like, ask how many copies, what kind of paper, and let me know the cost. I've probably paid the $7.50 fee every time it's not about the money, it's that she was so overwhelmed that she couldn't take the time to have customer service. I said no thank you, and went to a different fed ex all the way down town and got treated as I should with a wonderful experience. I won't be back to this location for any print jobs.

Worst customer service ever. Went there to print documents for business. The gal helping me was more focused on having a conversation with her friend who showed up after me and her coworker. She wouldn't listen to the problem and just was more intervened with her friend. Ended up walking out and having office depot pri t documents. They actually seemed to care about my business. Sad thing is over heard lady helping me or at least at counter tell her friend she was new assistant manager. Sadcountersay to her fri
