I have had wonderful experiences at this FedEx. The wait time was minimal and the customer service given by Deb was excellent! She was able to recommend box sixes and the best way to ship. Even when I came in with MANY heavy boxes, Deb was pleasant and friendly. I will be coming back here for any future package shipping needs.

Their hours online as well as on the door say they open at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, but there's no one here 9:15 on Tuesday. No answer on their phone number. Looking at their reviews this is apparently a repeating issue? How does that happen?
No way to pick up my print order or confirm when I'll be able to...

Usually not very busy, but the staffing is also typically low (as in, 1 person working), so if there are more than just a couple customers, it results in a wait.
