I was trying to send a return to Canada. FedEx itself was kind of awful for this, requiring some weird Power Of Attorney form as well as some Harmonized System Code for customs, etc.
However, the two guys working here (Eric and someone else who's name I didn't get) made the experience so, so much better than it could have been. They were jovial, supportive, and immensely helpful throughout. They seem like they'd be great people to work with and utterly dependable.
Not sure how likely I am to use FedEx again given all the form shenanigans but if I do it'll be here and because of those two guys.
