Update: Adjusting my review, as this most recent experience was definitely anything but 5 stars. Depending on who is in charge that day will be a determining factor whether they will charge you or not for adjustments their website will not allow you to make when placing an online order (or even let you know it is an additional charge service). Letting a customer know you are comping a service is helpful for future orders (and whether or not your location is the right provider for the job given cost and quality). I wouldn't have been so bothered by it, except whoever was in charge today (they did not give their name when they picked up) was incredibly unpleasant about it when I asked about the adjustments.
