This morning Thursday, 12/21/23, my visit to this FedEx Kinkos store left much to be desired. The decline in customer service was evident, as the staff, lacking essential skills, failed to engage appropriately. A particular incident involving a staff member tapping the box instead of communicating was not only unprofessional but also quite rude. It's disheartening when a simple task turns into an unpleasant experience.
I will do my shipping online at another shipping store.
Had to send an overnight package and arrived right before the deadline. Props for the service.
What I appreciated was the help I received to get my order out the door. I goofed in the type of overnight service I wanted and made a change after the transaction. The person helping handled it like a champ. No grousing or rolling eyes. Managed it professionally and said, “Okay.” Got it done, and explained what they did - refund and new charge.
Handled the transaction well even as there was a line of folks starting to form with people like me coming in at the last minute.
I had this store print business cards from an online order. The result was unusable - the "bleed" white area within the card edges was completely gone. I re-did the cards at Office Depot from the same original and they came out perfectly.
Worse yet, when I went in to ask for a refund they said I had to request it online. But when I finally contacted Fedex Office Customer Service, they said, "No, the store has to do that."
I will never use this store again, and recommend that you avoid them as well.
