Excellent service from Jess. She was so helpful that I'm really puzzled by the negative reviews. Maybe it is the extra $10 surcharge that gets people annoyed. Whatever the case, I had an excellent experience here. I was told that any FedEx in a hotel levies an additional charge. Which is fine. I just got my packaging sorted and went to the Washington State Convention Center branch to send as they do not have a fee.

Peter P. called me to let me know my print order was ready, and the hours of operation. When I entered the store, he greeted me and had my print-out ready. I needed to mail the document I printed; Peter was so gracious as to take a stamp out of his own wallet and stamp and seal my document for me, and deliver it to the mailbox. This is a truly exceptional level of customer service that made my day!

This location should not show for public drop off as it's inside hotel and asking for extra charges for prepaid label. I don't know the reason for extra charges but appreciate if the message is clear in the about us section which would have saved me a trip !!
