Great Experience I wanted to ship a package and as soon as I entered, a nice lady, named Sara, welcomed me and helped me right a away, offered me a perfect box for my fragile shipment and did the shipment for me, I couldn’t be happier. FedEx should be proud of you Sara!
Worst customer service ever ! The codes you get for you prints never work at this location I asked for help and this guy named “Andrew” has the worst attitude ever I talked to me in such a rude way , when I had requested a Manger after him talking to me in such a shameful way he continued with his bad attitude and didn’t let me speak to the manger I have been coming to this location for years and no more after this. They should not hire people like him to work at a place like this if he has no customer service or a nice attitude to talk with people ! I told my I will take the extra time to write this review since I don’t think any person deserves to receive this kind of bad attitude! And I think also it’s about time you fix your machines cause FedEx is all about saving people time not the other way around . It’s not ok charging people $10 hold if your machine doesn’t exact the codes you send them !!
