It was my first time at this location. The staff lacks customer service etiquette. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable here. I wasn't expecting anyone to hold my hand during my process, but the staff does not provide any sort of guidance. This will be my last time stepping foot in this location.

This branch offers, BY FAR, the most horrific customer service to anything out there and they are second to none! They are slow, unpolite, not knowledgeable at what they do and if you dare to say something about it they add to that list a rude behavior. FedEx hq you have to do something about it. It's been going on for years. They have been my local branch for over 5 years and there wasn't even 1 time I had to go there and didn't came back home with another horrible service story.
