Juan was so amiable and helpful. Super courteous and generous. An overall pleasant demeanor. You know that feeling you get when someone hates their job or doesn’t want to be there? Well, Juan is NOT that. We even chatted about our holidays and it felt like I’ve known him my whole life. This is how I want every customer experience to happen, when we treat each other with respect and courtesy. Keep up the great work Juan!!
