Service here used to be great but not anymore! 🤬 Not sure why. The staff is rude and unhelpful and clearly don’t care about the customer. It was such a bad experience! I won’t be going here anymore.

Was attempting to overnight a package and was told FedEx will not ship to a PO box. FedEx will absolutley ship to a PO box, but overnight is not appliccable. Instead of stating that, it was "NO".

Since we did not know that, asked where the post office was (two blocks south on the same street). Employee responded with "I dont know i font work there." Said thanks and "yeah" was the response.

lady was rude when I asked a question about my package. Had little patience and a mean tone. Should have walked away but just wanted to get what I needed done. Her service wasn’t great. Very surprising since I’ve been here before and the service is usually good. Not going back, that’s for sure.
