Went to ship a computer securely packed in a re-usable box, which was used send the computer. The customer service clerk said that I have to use one of FedEx computer box. He did not even check the box and packaging. When I said it's a re-usable computer box and packaged securely in the original box, he said, "It may be good for you, but not good for me!". Awful customer service. Should avoid it for any computer related shipping.

Adrian helped me today, and she was great! I went to pick up a hold item, and she gave me some FRAGILE stickers. Her co-worker was courteous, too. Her co-worker whose name I forgot to ask acknowledged me while I was waiting in line with a warm gesture and very professional about her job. Some of the best customer service I have got in my entire life!

What a pathetic customer service - I followed the instructions given by Adidas and packed my stuff in the box with pre paid labor and they want me to add a paper for $4 and charge me for opening and closing the box which with tape and is I don’t do it then he will take it as a damaged box and things can be stolen.
Looking at this I doubt my box or items will reach destination because I asked why.
FedEx if you need to make money just ask for right ways to do it instead of charging $4 for just paper - shame on you and I would prefer USPS not over you guys anyday.
