Great people to work with, always very helpful and polite. Its sad that we can't talk to them directly over the phone. FedEx customer service is slow and not as knowledgeable as the actual workers in the physical stores.

Be careful when using your credit/debit card there! They will DOUBLE charge you. We paid for three packages on the day we shipped them, and later that week we were charged for the same packages again. And it is such a PAIN and LONG process to get your money back!

Super helpful staff, very friendly. Always able to provide very fast, professional service with no problems. If there are glitches or delays, they post them ASAP which is so useful. I've used other locations in other cities & states that take 10+.minutes just to scan in a preprinted, prepaid label to give.me a receipt. Moses Lake FedEx is the best.
