Anytime I have a package go through this location there is always issues. Never follow instructions even when you are signing their required forms. Customer service is a joke and says oh you can drive all the way here to pick up the package….. get to the location and shocker the package isn’t there yet so you sit in your car for an hour and then get your package. It’s a waste of the customers time. Why even offer to sign for the package on the doortag and electronically if you won’t follow instructions and create more headaches.

My local driver is fantastic and super nice and we appreciate him and his work greatly. I'm extremely displeased with auburn and Kent facilities though. They've lost or delayed many packages in the past few months. The customer service line robot uses a condescending tone and is fairly difficult to work with. The customer service in person is polite but extremely fast talking and seem to be probably flooded with constant calls. I don't know what's wrong but it is exhausting having to contact the senders to initiate and "investigation" every time I need to receive a package through FedEx.

Giving a 1 star because 0 is not possible. Lost an order worth $9300 this week because of their incompetence.
