I have repeatedly requested that my deliveries be dropped off at my front door. Yet, they consistently leave them at the top of my driveway where they can easily be stolen. Every other delivery from UPS or USPS is delivered to my front door! DO NOT USE FEDEX!!!!!!! Just got off the phone with the 800 # customer service person.....no help what so ever!! So frustrated....
Hey FedEx, what's up with you and packages that require signature? you give me 2 hours window, I stay home next to the door waiting for someone to knock while looking at the window seeing if a delivery person arrives, nobody shows up and you claim you attempted the delivery and nobody was there
This happened to me 3 times!!! this is def a malicious behavior and you're responsible of all the time and money I lost for each of these times (a@@ho&^s)
