The service at this location is very friendly and attentive. If a large package comes in, they will usually call to let you know. There is continuity, as well, with the same staff members continuing there for years at a time (I know all of their names, and they know mine), rather than a constant turnover of transient workers, and that increases confidence and trust. You can call them at any time also to see if anything needs to be picked up.
One minor problem is that they are slightly under-staffed. Often there is only one person tending the store, and so if something comes up they may have to lock up briefly to attend to it. Their rates, however, are lower than competing businesses, which I imagine would not be possible if additional people were employed there.
I started here for personal deliveries and then later decided to use it for business, as well. The Internet is a very revealing place, and having an alternate address that is not one's own home can help to protect one's privacy and security. I've been very satisfied with the service provided by this Center.
