SO super annoyed at this location and I don't plan to return. I looked at the FedEx website (in advance,) AND I called the FedEx customer service number, to confirm exactly how late (the latest) I could arrive at this location on a weekday to have my priority overnight FedEx envelope delivered next-day morning delivery (it was a $$$ check to an important client) and the website (and phone rep) both confirmed 4pm. So I arrived there at 3:37 and dropped the package off and saved the tracking number and happily drove away. The next day I tracked the package and it only said "label created" so I called FedEx, and she said she would call this Tacoma location directly - I was on hold and she came back the line and apologized and said she was told that the driver left at 3:30pm that day when they're totally not supposed to leave a minute before the posted "latest time of pick-up." UGH! So - thanks FedEx for the angry client I had to deal with. When I give people my word, it sucks when they lose faith in me. So - yeah. Use this location at your own risk!
