If I could I would rate at 0 stars. Smart Post seems to make no sense in my package experience. Fed-ex posted my package to be shipped 12/12/19 from a location 20 miles away. So why would they send the package to Kent Washington Smart Post - about 200 miles away. And now Smart Post hasn't updated the status of the package. I'm not convinced my package is going to show up. That said, I will also complain to the vendor for using this service, which makes no sense logistically as well as SmartPost is either doesn't update package tracking, or is very delayed in doing so, compared to Fed-Ex and other companies

Package has sat at this location or a week now and delivery date has changed to “No Scheduled Delivery Date at This Time”. You are only 1.5hrs away from me, it can go across the country faster than going 90 miles?
Why is FedEx the absolute worst? Every package is delayed close to a week. About the only reliable thing about them is how bad the service is.

Every time I use FedEx and the package routes through here it gets lost completely. Happened 4 times in the past 3 months. In speaking with FedEx, I have been informed nothing can be done about lost packages and I should upgrade my shipping to Express in the future to avoid packages going to this facility as they will subsequently be lost here. I highly recommend using shipping services other than FedEx when possible if you live in the surrounding area.
