We sat at the bar and the bartender was incredible. In fact, he told us he previously worked at a Michelin star restaurant which showed. The spaghetti limone was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. The winner for me was the artichoke it was next level flavor and cooked perfectly. Sorry, I have no photos but I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Read that this was a must-try restaurant on Abbot Kinney, so I made dinner reservations to celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant is beautiful and the outdoor patio is cute and comfortable. Food and service, however, were disappointing.

The Sfincione focaccia looked stunning; it was a glistening golden brown, but really fell flat on flavor and was very dry. Unfortunately, this focaccia is memorable in how much of a let down it was.

The Busiate was a big miss. The description sounded great, but it was chalky and sour.

The only dish that was a standout and absolutely delicious was the Tagliatelle ragu bolognese. Great flavor, great texture, everything about this dish worked.

For dessert, we got the tiramisu which was just okay. I've had tiramisu that was much better at other places.

Everything about this place is amazing. We were coming straight from the airport and ended up being 45 minutes late for our booking because of delays. Even though it was a Friday, the team accommodated us straight. The Roman focaccia is thin and crispy and perfect with the burrata. The peaches are the definition of California and go perfect with the salt and the burrata. For the mains the Margherita is light as can be with a fluffy crust. The limone, cacio e pepe and strangulate were amazing and the cacio e pepe was as good if not better than what I’ve had in Rome. The negroni was the ideal pairing.
