Both my mother in law and I came here for the first time last week and had the hydrafacial done. It was so relaxing and Tina did an amazing job. She is patient and so friendly and the shoulder and neck massage was heaven; she has the strongest hands! This place and Tina is a hidden gem and we will definitely be coming back again. I would totally recommend this place if you are looking for great service.

Would not recommend. I got the complete head spa treatment and the sink where I was lying my head smelled awful like mildew. When I turned my head I saw there was hair in the sink as well and it was poorly cleaned. I’m grossed out that I had my head in there. I was very uncomfortable during my massage because of the smell and cleanliness and I’m surprised at all the good reviews. Very cheap products used. Painful scraping techniques. She would not let me leave until I tipped, which was frustrating for me considering I spent 100 dollars on such a horrible experience. I wasted my money, don’t waste yours. Unless you want to catch a fungal infection.

FenFen Beauty is a must if you're in or near Bellevue. From start to finish I felt pampered through out the whole experience.

The products they use are the highest quality and techniques are advanced. I've never had a hydrofacial like I did here. We started with a consultation and began with the process. My skin type and problems were quickly spotted and addressed. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep - I didn't want to leave! All the staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Tina did my hydrofacial and I felt feeling like a new person - the glow was insane.

13/10 would recommend. I will definitely be back to try their other services as well. To top it all off, the prices are super fair!
