First of all, I personal highly recommend feral Athletics, the coaches are willing to work with you with any condition diet or medical situations you might have. I personally am a 3 time Cancer survivor and the coaches are so willing to adjust work out programs and meal preps for you. THAT did it for me. The true core and gentle approach of workout two times a week for me is key, but I feel super worked out afterwards and the next day ofcourse (LOL). Thank you Shady Lady for keeping me feral. GIVE THEM A SHOUT-OUT for SURE ! TODAY ! DO IT ! YOU WILL LOVE IT !

Words will not describe the benefits since training with Chantal. Physically, I have surpassed my goals. It's medically the changes have improved the most. Because of Chantal's guidance, I am no longer in need of two of my medicines, I was told I'll be on for the rest of my life. Thank you Chantal.

Dave and Channy are awesome! They take not only physical health but also mental health and mental roadblocks into account and help you push through and get results! I can tell they really care about their clients and do their best to make sure you're taken care of. Awesome experience and I'll be with them a long time!
