I needed to get new home insurance because my current company was going out of business. Janelle was great. She understood the need and gave me a great quote for my home. She took time and care to make sure my home was covered correctly and adequately. I will be forever grateful to her and State Farm for their help.

I was looking for quotes for my homes, auto and umbrella policies. I worked with Janelle and Fernando. They were THE BEST insurance agents I ever worked with, I learned so much. Apparently, I had wrong coverages for the last 10yrs, Fernando sat with me and explained each and every line item on the auto and home policies, what coverages makes sense for my particular situation. End result, I have much more asset protection coverages now than before and I am saving $600+ annually. Unbelievable!!!

Janice DeGuzman has provided exemplary service with regards to a claim filed by my elderly mother. She is not the Claims Specialist but has responded promptly to questions and concerns about the claim and has done so with empathy and understanding. I live in Oregon and have been working on this claim at a distance, and to have someone like Janice as an agent makes a huge difference in resolving this insurance claim.
